These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MS Home Services & Interiors website and booking platform. By booking a service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Offered
We connect customers with vetted, background-checked professionals for home services including electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, cleaning, and interior work. Service availability varies by city.
2. Bookings
- Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation via the platform, SMS, or call from our team.
- The 60-minute response guarantee refers to our initial response time, not guaranteed on-site arrival in all circumstances (e.g. remote areas, extreme weather, or professional unavailability).
- Final pricing is confirmed after professional assessment for jobs requiring custom quotes.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booking before a professional is dispatched. Cancellations after a professional has been assigned or has begun travel may be subject to a service fee. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Workmanship Warranty
Services booked through our platform include a 30-day workmanship warranty covering defects in the work performed. This warranty does not cover pre-existing issues, third-party materials, or damage caused after service completion.
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and address information.
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for the assigned professional.
- Treat professionals with respect; abusive behavior may result in account suspension.
7. Franchise Enquiries
Submitting a franchise enquiry does not constitute a binding agreement. Franchise terms are governed separately under a signed franchise agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure quality service but are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays, professional unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
